The bet that can't lose...

16:00:00

Now I know what you're thinking - that I'm talking rubbish and that reading this post will be a waste of your time. BUT WAIT. I'm not and it isn't. You don't have to understand betting and you definitely don't need to like football but I can tell you a bet that you are guaranteed to never lose money on.
Bet 365 in-play offer | Wasted Little PJ Scottish Male Lifestyle Blog

Now that I might have your attention, I'll explain this a bit more. Every so often the online betting company Bet365 do an offer which, if used smartly, you are guaranteed to make some form of profit. They only do it around once every 4-6 weeks but when they do it's a good way to try and win a good bunch of cash. I'll warn you early on, with the bet I use, you may only make £5 profit, but you do have the chance of making £250+ profit without the risk of losing any money.
The offer allows you to make a maximum bet of £50 before kick off, and then a second £50 bet in play which is risk-free - meaning if it loses you get your money back.
In order to take part in the offer you will need 2 things:
1) A Bet365 account
2) A stake of £100 (don't panic!! I'll explain more)

In order to make it easier, we will call the pre-match bet Bet 1 and the in-play bet Bet 2, and use the above game as an example.
The betting market I tend to choose is "both teams to score in the 1st half".
If neither team scores, Bet 1 wins and Bet 2 loses.
If only 1 of either team scores, Bet 1 wins and Bet 2 loses.
If Both teams score Bet 2 wins and Bet 1 loses.

Before the match starts, deposit £100 into your account and follow these instructions.

  • BET 1) £50 PRE MATCH ON- both teams to score in the 1st half = NO
  • BET 2) £50 IN PLAY - both teams to score in the 1st half = YES
    • THIS BET IS RISK-FREE (REFUNDED AS CASH IF LOST).

Now for the interesting part, the profit. There are only 2 outcomes when the half-time whistle is blown. Both teams HAVE NOT scored or both teams HAVE scored.

BOTH TEAMS HAVE NOT SCORED
In this situation, Bet 1 was won and Bet 2 has lost. Bet 1 wins £56 (£50x1.12) and then Bet 2 is refunded (£50). This means £56 +£50 = £106. Take away your £100 stake and you are left with £6 profit.

BOTH TEAMS HAVE SCORED
In this case, Bet 2 has won and Bet 1 has lost. You say goodbye to the £50 from Bet 1. HOWEVER, you win £400 (£50x 8.00) from bet 2. Take away your £100 stake and you are left with an amazing £300 profit.

The odds vary from game to game when the offer is promoted, and the longer you wait to place your in-play bet the better the odds get. I tend to wait around 5 or 10 minutes before placing my Bet 2 and you tend to get a decent return.
It's a bit confusing at first and takes some time to get your head around but taking advantage of this whenever it is available is always good. Since the start of 2016 when I've always been looking out for this I've won it around 5 times, which has returned well over £1000.
If this post hasn't made much sense and you want me to clear anything up, drop me a message and I'll be more than happy to help!

What do you think of that!? Any other bets you regularly put on?
