Paris Part 2 - Disneyland

16:00:00

Did you know I was in Paris this year? No? You can catch up on it here so far. It's cool, I'll wait...
Got it? Good. for spending a full day in Disney I
thought I would be best to just do a post on our day here, and one final one to wrap up our final 2 days.
As soon as I revealed to Charlotte we were going to Disney she pretty much instantly asked if we could go to Disney. As much as we both like to act grown up, we're really just big kids at heart and couldn't wait to go.

Day 3 - DISNEY

On Tuesday morning, we woke up first thing and started the journey out. From where we were staying in Montmartre, it took around about an hour to get to the train station right at the gates of Disneyland Paris. We arrived bang on 10 o'clock in time for the park opening, giving us as much time as possible to get through everything!
Before even setting foot in the park, we were already 30 euros down as charlotte insisted on getting matching Mickey and Minnie ears. The first area we visited was the Fantasyland, with Charlotte insisting we went on the spinning tea cups and It's A Small World.

After wandering around Alice's Curious Labyrinth, we decided to wrap up in Fantasyland and head over to Frontierland to work our way up to the bigger rides, Pirates of the Caribbean and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril.
After grabbing some lunch at Fuente Del Oro, we started to queue for the Haunted Mansion, but unfortunately, it broke down when we were in the queue, so after a relatively short stay in Frontierland, we decided to move on.

Although it was TECHNICALLY for Charlottes birthday, I managed to drag her onto Space Mountain which is one of my favourite rides at Disney. Before we arrive Charlotte was adamant she was not going on here but after a few white lies, I managed to convince her.

When booking our tickets we opted for the 2 parks for 1 offered which allowed us access to Disney Studios, which was home to my other favourite ride, the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Somehow, Charlotte didn't catch on to my behaviour for Space Mountain and happily strolled onto this. Not realising she was about to be catapulted through the dark.... Again. I don't think words can describe how she was feeling so thankfully the rides camera managed to capture this PERFECTLY. The second time on the ride was enjoyed much more though, I can assure you.

After another quick run around in Fantasyland, we decided to head to the classic Planet Hollywood for some dinner. We stayed here for a bit, got some food and some drinks before heading back into the park for the Disney Dreams Display. Without giving too much away, it was incredible and would highly recommend checking it out if you ever get the chance!

After 13 hours in Disney and getting around everything we wanted to do, headed back to the train station after the park had closed.
It was an incredible day (even if we were completely knackered by the end of it), and we can wait to go back or go to Orlando. Either would be cool.
